A (+) after a time indicates it ends after midnight. Since the Hindu day runs sunrise to sunrise, that time still belongs to the day shown on the cell -- subtract 24 from it to get the next day's civil date. Example: on the 12th, a tithi/nakshatra/sun/moon time reading 29:34+ ends at 5:34 AM on the 13th.
