Ashvattha Maruti Pujan (अश्वत्थ मारुति पूजन) is the combined worship of the Ashvattha (peepal, Ficus religiosa) tree and Maruti/Hanuman, observed on every Saturday of Amanta Shravana masa, especially in Maharashtra. The Ashvattha tree/branch is worshipped first, followed by Hanuman puja with shodashopachara, sindura, and stotra/japa.
