Soma Pradosham Dates 2026

Soma Pradosham is the Pradosha Vrata (Trayodashi twilight worship of Shiva) falling on a Monday, considered especially auspicious, particularly for relief from mental stress and for the wellbeing of children. When this occurrence is also the Gauna (secondary) Pradosham day, the rare case where Trayodashi falls across two days, it is shown as "Soma Pradosham (Gauna)".
